A fundraiser in Pinchbeck hopes to raise money for palliative care charity’s work

After having a successful event in July, organisers of the Celebration of Life event, which was held earlier this year, have planned for another fundraiser at the weekend.

There will be a charity table top sale taking place on Saturday, September 16 at Pinchbeck Community Hub and Library.

Organisers are hoping to raise funds for the Lincolnshire based charity, St Barnabas, who offer support to individuals and families and provide palliative and end of life care to adults with a life limiting or terminal illness.

The event will be held between 11.30am and 4.30pm where visitors can enjoy a variety of local fruit and vegetables, tea and coffee, cakes, a raffle, games and more.

There is also still time to sponsor participants in the sponsored dog walk which has been taking part this summer in aid of the palliative care charity. All of the funds raised from the walk will be put together with the table top sale on Saturday.
