A Texan-style rodeo brings free family fun to Cutts Close, Oakham




A Texan-style rodeo with axe-throwing, line dancing and a free barbecue is taking place on Sunday, June 8.

The event, organised and funded by Oakham Baptist Church on behalf of the community, will be in Cutts Close Park from midday until 4pm.

There is no entry charge and families can enjoy a range of free activities for children, as well as a free café and food.

There will be a sensory space and a prayer tent, and members of the church will lead a praise and celebration at 2.30pm.
