Get lost in one of the country’s largest mazes
Enjoy a great day out exploring one of the country’s largest maize mazes, set in eight acres of living maize and sunflower crop.
Set in the beautiful Wistow countryside, this award winning attraction features 10ft high bridges and viewing towers which give visitors stunning 3D panoramic views over the maze.
For 2015 the maze has a ‘Sports’ theme and has been designed in the shape of a rugby player scoring a try, to celebrate England hosting the Rugby World Cup this year.
The Quiz Trail, hidden amongst the three miles of pathways, also has a ‘Sports’ theme which will test visitors knowledge on a variety of different sports that originated in Great Britain including football, golf, cricket, tennis, badminton, darts, snooker and bowling.
Opposite the maze is the Wistow Rural Centre with a cafe/bistro, Mediterranean deli, garden centre, model village (with trains), art gallery and a large variety of other shops.
Visit the activity funyard and test your maze skills on a variety of mini mazes, puzzles and table-top activities.
The maze is open seven days a week, 10am to 6pm, until September 6, then weekends only until September 20.
