Act II Theatre Group's Revue show returns in front of live audience this month
Fancy having a good laugh about a year filled with drama and controversy? Then Act II’s upcoming performances are just for you!
The theatre group’s annual Revue is back, and will be staged in front of a live audience once again after being screened virtually last year.
For their Revue, Act II members take a break from their usual youth theatre as four adult actors take to the stage and put on a show for a more mature audience.
Organisers say the performance will ‘take in, chew up and spit back out moments from the year’s news’.
There will be a focus on the likes of politics and celebrities, while both local, national and international stories will be covered.
Performers have been careful to keep details under wraps - but they ensure us that with 2021 having been a generous year for mockable stories, we can expect a wide range of topics to be covered.
The shows will take place at Act II’s Clay Lake studio in Spalding on the following dates: December 15 (8pm), December 16 (8pm), December 17 (7pm and 9pm) and December 18 (7pm and 9pm).
All tickets cost £7 and are available at info@act2online.co.uk
It has been another tough year, so this show could give you the laugh you deserve.
