Spalding talk will teach you more about archaeology

The latest Spalding Gentlemen’s Society lecture will take place this week.

The talk will be held tomorrow (Friday, February 10) at Broad Street Methodist Church in Spalding.

A Detectorists Utopia looks at archaeology and metal detecting in England and Wales.

It will be presented by Michael Lewis of the British Museum, head of the Portable Antiquities Scheme.

Start time is 7:30pm and entry is free.
