Woolsthorpe Manor reopens as lockdown restrictions ease
Woolsthorpe Manor reopened to visitors yesterday (Thursday) after Covid restrictions forced its closure for several months.
The 17th century house tells the story of Grantham son Isaac Newton’s time at Woolsthorpe, from his birth and childhood to the discoveries of his Year of Wonders.
Its hands-on Science Centre is a hit with children and grown-ups alike.
Tickets must be booked by 3pm the day before your visit.
Tickets will be released every Friday. Visitor numbers are being limited in keeping with Covid restrictions.
