The popular Tydd St Mary classic vehicle rally and family day returns on Sunday, May 19 - and for the first time this year includes a dog show!

The event is held on the Tydd St Mary Playing Field on Rectory Road from 9am until around 5pm, with public parking at the back of the Five Bells Pub.

It will feature classic cars, kit cars, tractors, trucks, steam engines, motorbikes, scooters and bicycles, plus stalls, games, refreshments and a BBQ.

Organiser, Allen Smith, said: "Exhibitors do not need to fill in entry forms or pay fees for the car show - just turn up. We also have a new children's ride and a bouncy castle."

Money raised at the event goes towards the upkeep of the playing field and other charities, including local causes.

  • Admission is £2 for adults, £1 for children or £5 for a family. For more details, call Allen on 01945 420621.
