Spalding Grammar extension and Long Sutton Peele School prom in 2011

Karl Sergison of Sergi’s Deli officially opened the new £500,000 complex at Spalding Grammar School 10 years ago this week.

The new area included a sixth form study centre and coffee lounge, a food technology room, staff room and atrium.

Karl worked with students to prepare food for a special opening ceremony that evening.

Long Sutton students showed off their stylish side at their annual leavers’ prom 10 years ago.

The Peele Community College Class of 2011 went to the Elme Hall Hotel in Wisbech for their big night.

They arrived in vintage cars, limousines and carriages, to the excitement of a crowd of family and friends.
