Showcasing a new menu for summer Sundays outdoors
Stamford restaurant No.3 The Yard has announced plans for a Kadai fire bowl barbecue on the evening of June 11 – to showcase a new menu that will be running throughout the summer months during Sunday lunchtime service alongside the normal menu.
Chef Tim Luff explained: “We believe there are sufficient Sunday lunch menus around Stamford and Peterborough to satisfy the traditionalists but we wanted to offer our diners something we think is unique in this area, a Fire Bowl BBQ.
“We will be cooking to order dishes such as spatchcocked chicken marinated in lemon, rosemary and yogurt, served with quinoa, roasted new potatoes, pickled radish salad, sea bass en papillote steamed on the BBQ in fennel, onions, peppers, lemon and white wine served with quinoa and heritage tomato & basil salad and Bourbon baby back ribs as well as vegetarian options.”
Under the ownership of Simon McEnery and chef Tim Luff, No.3 The Yard is gathering a rapidly growing following for its modern British inspired menu with quirky influences from the Mediterranean.
