R&B star Ne-Yo heads to Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham

Nottingham will host American R&B star Ne-Yo on his first UK tour in six years.

Due to demand, the tour was extended to include a performance at Motorpoint Arena on Wednesday, September 28.

The three time Grammy and two time MOBO award-winner will perform new music from his seventh album Self Explanatory.

His music blends R&B with aspect of pop and hip hop.

The star has sold more than 10m albums sold worldwide, and was only the second male R&B artist ever to amass six consecutive top-ten albums, since making his debut with In My Own Words in 2006.

He has also written and produced hits for some of music’s biggest stars, including Rihanna, Beyoncé, Jennifer Hudson, Usher and Celine Dion.
