Strictly Come Dancing star Jayde Adams and TV regular Dane Baptiste to appear at comedy gig in Spalding
A Strictly Come Dancing star and TV panel show regular will be among the comedians putting on a show in Lincolnshire.
The line-up for April’s Best In Comedy event at Spalding’s South Holland Centre has been confirmed.
The popular show will return in spring with Jayde Adams, Dane Baptsite, Amy Gledhill and Alex Farrow delivering the laughs.
Adams is a multi-award winning comedian, star of Strictly Come Dancing and ITV’s brand new sitcom Ruby Speaking.
The former Adele impersonator, who appeared on the 2022 Strictly, has also appeared in the Bafta winning Alma’s Not Normal for BBC Two, the new Take That movie Greatest Days, Good Omens and The Outlaws.

The provocative Baptiste – who created, wrote and starred in BBC sitcom Sunny D – has appeared on a number of other TV shows, including Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, The Stand Up Sketch Show and Roast Battle.
Gledhill is a comedian, actor and writer from Hull, whose show The Girl Before The Girl You Marry was nominated for Best Live Show National Comedy Awards 2023.
She has appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show, The One Show, Pointless Celebrities, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Alma’s Not Normal, Hypothetical, Guessable, Alan Davies As Yet Untitled, The Emily Atack Show and more.
Farrow’s shows have sold out the Edinburgh fringe festival from 2019-2023 and he is a Radio 4 regular.
The Best In Comedy show is for 18 and overs only and will take place on Saturday, April 18.
