Take time out to breathe and relax with meditation session in Spalding
Escape from the busy, rush, rush, rush of every day life with a meditation workshop at the South Holland Centre in Spalding.
Organised by the Drolma Buddhist Centre, the session will be led by Kelsang Rak-ma.
Kelsang is a western Buddhist nun and has been teaching meditation for over 16 years.
It is said that meditation has been proven to improve health and reduce stress, tension and depression while improving self-esteem and confidence - giving an overall, more positive outlook of life.
The workshop will aim to allow you to relax and reflect.
The Drolma Centre is based in Peterborough and also runs courses in Stamford, as well as Spalding.
The centre and its activities are open to everyone and you do not have to be Buddhist to take part in the classes or courses.
The South Holland Centre course is open to all and no experience is needed.
It runs on Saturday (September 29), from 10.30am until 1pm and costs £15.
