Lincolnshire County Council release new pictures of the A16 Greencell roundabout work
New aerial shots have been released to show the progress of work to improve a roundabout on the A16.
Lincolnshire County Council has spent months working the Greencell Roundabout, Pinchbeck, as part of a £20million package of improvements to ease congestion on the A16.
Contractors are creating two wider lanes within the bigger roundabout, which leads to the B1180. They are also lengthening the two lane approaches and exits on the A16.
The latest aerial shots released by the county council have documented the progress of the construction project - which is expected to be completed in the spring.
In the run-up to this, officials have closed the roundabout along with all its legs and sections of the A16 until mid-March.
The Greencell section of the project is estimated to cost £6.6million.
