Party On the Green at Pippa’s Pantry in Sutton Bridge to raise funds for Edith’s Purse

A popular village café will be hosting a music event in aid of a charity set up by a woman who has terminal cancer.

Party On The Green will be taking place at Pippa’s Pantry, Sutton Bridge on Saturday (June, 21) from 2pm until 4pm to raise funds for Edith’s Purse.

Emma Barnard set up the charity following her terminal breast cancer diagnosis and it is named after her nan who also had breast cancer twice.

Emma wanted to set up the charity as her legacy to raise funds for Fenland families who are in financial difficulty.

Two Of A Kind - featuring Gareth Sever and Ron Thompson will be providing musical entertainment with songs from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Pippa Burrows owns the popular pantry and last year held the event to mark her five year anniversary since she opened.
