South Holland Centre cafe to re-open
A town centre cafe will re-open tomorrow.
Light bites and cakes will be on the menu as the South Holland Centre cafe is back in business from Tuesday, June 11.
The Spalding venue will also be serving hot, cold and alcoholic drinks as well as being available for private bookings.
“It will be open on market days initially (Tuesdays and Saturdays), 10am-2pm, but if the demand is there we will look at increasing this more,” a statement by the Red Lion Hotel, which runs the South Holland Centre bar, said.
“We will be offering coffee, tea and a variety of other drinks (including alcohol), homemade cakes and scones, light bites including jacket potatoes and paninis (with a children’s menu).
“We are also going to be taking bookings for afternoon teas.
“These bookings can be for birthdays, baby showers, hen dos and many other events and are not subjected to Tuesday and Saturdays, but do require seven days’ notice.”
