GCSE results 2024: The Deepings School makes improvements English and maths grades





There have been ‘significant and notable increases’ in a school’s English and maths GCSE grades.

Pupils at The Deepings School join teenagers across the country who are getting their results after sitting exams throughout May and June.

Headteacher of The Deepings School, Kirstie Johnson, said: “I am delighted with our pupils’ results today and I am very proud of all their hard work and dedication.

“They thoroughly deserve all they have achieved.

“We have made significant and notable increases in our English and maths outcomes – which is testament to our hardworking staff and pupils.

“I feel very privileged to be leading such a wonderful school community and we wish all our class of 2024 all the very best of luck in their next steps and look forward to seeing what they will achieve in the future.”
