Met Office issues yellow weather warning for rain across Stamford, Rutland, Bourne, the Deepings, Spalding and Grantham




The Met Office has warned heavy rain could cause road closures and result in communities being cut off.

A yellow warning for rain has been issued for the area tomorrow (Thursday, February 22) lasting from 5am to 5pm.

There is a small chance that some communities will become cut off by flooded roads and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions with some closures.

The Met Office has also warned of properties flooding as well as some interruption to power supplies and travel services
