A garden centre and animal farm is set to expand creating more jobs after plans were initially delayed were approved.
Councillors have said they are “deeply disappointed” after the number of affordable homes was slashed by half for a 215-property village scheme.
A field which reportedly floods whenever it rains has been approved for new homes, as long as the developer can prove it will fix drainage problems.
