Plans to update 101-home development at Wyberton’s Quadrant submitted

Developers hope the construction of a 101-property project will soon be able to take a step closer to getting underway.

Chestnut Homes have made an application to update house types on land off Wallace Way in Wyberton, which is phase six of the Quadrant Development.

The application will also formalise the site layout.

Reserved matters for the project were originally approved in 2022 by Boston Borough Council.

As well as hundreds of homes Quadrant development also includes Boston United’s Jakemans Community Stadium, retail sites such as Starbucks, Burger King, Papa John’s and Enterprise.
